WEBSITE DATA HANDLING

Your enquiry and this website.

Browsing

This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics, or nonessential cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information according to its own terms.

Your cookie preference is saved in localStorage with a policy version and date. Essential storage remains available when optional cookies are rejected. Change your choice through Cookie Settings in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for the storage inventory.

Project enquiries

The form asks for your name, email, selected interest, and project message, with optional company and phone details. Direct delivery is not currently configured, so form submission does not send your information to ELIOR.

Saved drafts

“Save a draft” creates a text file on your device. This website does not store that draft in a database or browser storage. You control whether to share or delete the downloaded file.

Website assistant

The ELIOR assistant matches questions to public website information and a built-in technology guide in your browser. It does not send chat messages to an AI API or backend, access private company systems, or submit project enquiries.

Up to 40 messages and limited follow-up context are kept in sessionStorage for this browser tab, allowing a page reload to restore the conversation. Choose “New conversation” in the assistant to clear that saved conversation. If browser storage is unavailable, the chat works in memory. Avoid sharing passwords, credentials or confidential business records. The assistant can be incomplete and cannot verify unpublished company details.

Contact and retention

Use the Contact page to review the available project enquiry options. This website does not keep enquiry drafts in a database. If you send an enquiry through an external email application or form service, its data-handling terms also apply.
